Janovic is currently looking for an ambitious, disciplined, self-motivated, responsive individual to join our field sales team. You will be accountable for delivering sustainable and profitable sales and market share growth with customers. You will be successful by being responsive to and eager to help customers, by building relationships and by being committed to excellent customer experience. The territory is focused primarily on Manhattan, NY.
- BA/BS college degree preferred, or equivalent industry business experience
- Strong knowledge of sales process, best practices and closing skills
- Outside field sales experience, with paint, construction, or real estate experience is a plus
- Two plus years B2B sales experience required (previous paint experience not required)
- Excellent communication, listening and speaking skills
- Working knowledge of required software programs (Microsoft Office, CRM)
- Ability to analyze situations and identify opportunities for success
- Effective decision making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel daily within territory
- Ideal candidate will reside within the territory outlined, or can be up to 20 miles from territory
- Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus
