We are looking for talented candidates for Full-Time & Part-Time roles. We want experienced candidates with backgrounds in retail, particularly paint, décor & hardware; in sales; in hospitality and in design. If you have a passion for sales and customer service, you can find a home in Janovic.
- Assist customers in an enthusiastic and courteous manner; provides outstanding customer service
- Advise and assists customers with their choice of product
- Utilize various selling techniques to increase sales
- Accurately use POS system according to established procedures
- Stock and clean the store for the best sales appearance and ease of use for the customer
- Develop and maintain knowledge of all merchandise in selling area to effectively assist customers with accurate information; keep current as new product lines are introduced
- Assist with merchandising efforts, displays, and floor moves as needed
- Utilize customer-focused selling skills, add-on selling, closing skills, and other sales generating skills
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
- Three+ years’ experience in retail, sales, hospitality and/or design in a customer-facing role
- Be committed to superior customer service
- Flexible schedule – Janovic is open 7AM - 7PM Monday through Friday and is open on Saturdays and Sundays
